01Introduction

I’m Anders. I build software, hardware and companies, and I’m interested in what happens between them.

For thirty years I’ve worked across software, physical products and the systems between them, from FDA-regulated pharmaceutical software to electric vehicles, battery technology, electric propulsion and connected products. The industries have changed. The way I approach problems hasn’t changed nearly as much.

I founded Azomian in 2000, a software company building regulated systems for pharmaceutical and life sciences companies, and Rezet in 2009, which has been my own company ever since. In 2020 I founded Searine, formerly Undine, which develops electric propulsion for sailing yachts, and led it as founder and CEO until 2026.

02Perspective

How I think

I’m usually less interested in a technology on its own than in the system around it: where the real constraint sits, which assumptions have simply been inherited, and what happens when a product has to keep working long after launch day.

    Searine

Electric propulsion for sailing yachts. Everything at once, for the first time.

What comes next

These days I’m back to exploring problems, testing ideas and figuring out what is worth building next.
